What is a workflow management system?
A workflow management system (WMS) is software that helps you design, run, and improve workflows—repeatable task sequences usually completed by one role. It routes work, captures information (often with forms), and sends reminders when steps stall. It also reports KPIs so teams can spot bottlenecks and refine the way of working across teams and time.
