For supporting behavior change initiatives in a distributed work environment, organizations can leverage technology tools and platforms such as virtual collaboration software, project management tools, communication apps, employee engagement platforms, and learning management systems. These tools can facilitate communication, collaboration, training, feedback, performance tracking, and behavior reinforcement in a remote work setting.
